Uka Farm was founded in 1996 for scientific purposes under the “Farm to Table” principle. A biological farm where organic methods are applied without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. With a variety of agricultural crops, people can actually see the menu on the field and visualize the seasonal products that our traditional restaurant has to offer.
The Wine Cellar offers the highest quality wines produced from authentic Albanian grape cultivars.
Dine In
The menu is based on traditional cuisine where the vegetables change according to the season. Traditional lamb, beef, chicken and pork meat is exclusively local and is cooked in ovens and charcoal ovens. I have always wanted to instill my love for nature and health through a family farm that invites people in.
